The candidate should have effective Communication skills especially in English (Vocal and written) and should be able to communicate with the clients. Should be well versed with taxation and company laws. The candidate should be sincere, honest, hardworking and eager to learn. Pay rolls, bonus/incentive management & connected reimbursements. To manage all payables & receivables. Cash/Fund Flow management. Individual project profitability - monthly/quarterly basis. Knowledge of TDS, Service Tax etc. MIS reporting & Financial Statements. Maintaining records and Review monthly reconciliation of bank accounts Effective communication skills are essential.
