Accountant – Dispatch Section

We are looking for an Accountant in the Dispatch Section to manage accounting and inventory-related tasks for our bakery production house. The role involves handling item creation, transfer entries, barcode generation, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, dispatch, and accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain product and item master records in the accounting.
• Prepare and generate barcodes for all finished goods before dispatch.
• Record stock transfers from production to the dispatch section and ensure accurate posting of entries.
• Monitor daily inventory movement, including outward supplies, returns, and wastage, and reconcile the records with physical stock.
• Prepare dispatch-related invoices, delivery challans, and other supporting documents as required.
• Maintain systematic records of all dispatch operations and generate daily and monthly reports for management review.
• Coordinate closely with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and error-free documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
