Job Description

Take complete ownership of the accounting function for all turnkey projects. Prepare and maintain project-wise budgets and cash flow statements. Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary allocations. Generate regular financial reports for management, highlighting project profitability and identifying any potential overruns. Collaborate closely with project managers and architects to ensure financial alignment on all project milestones. Meticulously manage all incoming and outgoing challans for materials, labor, and services. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all supplier and subcontractor bills, verifying them against purchase orders and work completion certificates. Reconcile challans with invoices to ensure compliance and prevent discrepancies. Handle all GST-related documentation and compliance for the turnkey department. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date record of all payments made to vendors, subcontractors, and other service providers. Prepare and process payments in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place. Keep a systematic filing system for all financial documents, including bills, receipts, and payment vouchers, for easy retrieval and auditing purposes. Take charge of the entire material procurement process for turnkey projects, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors to placing orders. Maintain a detailed log of all materials ordered, received, and issued to project sites. Perform a thorough cross-check of project estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) before initiating any material procurement.
