Job Description

Job Description – Accounting & GST Executive Position Overview: The Accounting & GST Executive is responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring timely and compliant GST filings. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and a solid understanding of tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally PRIME. Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers. Prepare and verify invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B and resolve mismatches. Maintain proper documentation for GST input/output tax credit and related records. Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly. Assist with preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documents. Ensure compliance with all statutory and taxation requirements. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors for accounting and tax-related matters. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Tally PRIME, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST laws, accounting principles, and compliance. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. NOTE:- Part Time Account and Part Time Packaging work for E-Commerce Business Timing:- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
