Job Description

Job Description: Billing and Dispatch ExecutiveRole Overview: The Billing and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the seamless movement of outgoing goods through courier platforms while maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping. Responsibilities: Manage the booking and dispatch of materials using online courier aggregators such as Nimbus and ShipRocket. Monitor shipment tracking and follow up with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and successful deliveries. Supervise and coordinate with the packing team to ensure all orders are prepared and ready for dispatch within deadlines. Maintain daily bookkeeping records to ensure all financial transactions are documented accurately. Record all sales and purchase invoices into the accounting system to keep financial data current. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure internal ledger balances match bank statements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in handling e-commerce dispatch portals and logistics coordination. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and digital bookkeeping practices. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry. Excellent organizational skills to manage both physical inventory flow and digital documentation. Effective communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and courier representatives.
