Accountant Cum Office Assistant

You will work directly with the founder and core team and play a crucial role in scaling the company. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Operations: Maintain and manage basic accounting in Tally/Vyapar/Excel Invoice generation, stock updates, profit tracking Prepare and maintain GST-related documentation Sales & Lead Generation: Handle and follow up on IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and Instagram leads Build and maintain customer relationships Track and report conversion performance Marketing & Design: Create basic Canva posters for promotions Handle social media posting (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) Assist with product listing, offers, and engagement campaigns Support & Growth: Manage small online research tasks Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners Contribute to new business ideas, market trends, and process improvements Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Diploma Preferred: Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BA / Engineering Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Internet browsing) Familiarity with Canva, social media, and email tools Good communication (Hindi/English mix is okay) Fast learner, self-driven, and able to multitask Must have a long-term mindset and stable career intent
