We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong working knowledge of Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial reporting, GST filing, bank reconciliations, and overall bookkeeping using Tally Prime software. --- Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally Prime Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and data entry Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable Generate financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements Assist in audit preparations and coordination with external auditors Monitor inventory records (if applicable) and handle stock adjustments in Tally Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for account settlements. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field Proficient in Tally Prime (mandatory) Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) Working knowledge of MS Excel and other basic office software Good communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines --- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Tally or accounting software (optional but preferred)
