Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Mandatory Requirement: Studies, certification, or work experience in Accounts & Tally --- About the Role We are looking for a Business Support Executive to manage a combination of HR, Administration, and Accounts responsibilities at Capital One Trading & Co. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple functions in a small company environment. --- Key Responsibilities HR & Recruitment Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll support). Support in drafting offer letters, relieving letters, and HR documents. Administration Handle office administration tasks, documentation, and filing. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Accounts & Finance Manage daily accounting entries in Tally. Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash. Support in GST filing, tax records, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare simple reports. --- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Accounting (preferred). Certification or hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory). Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office. Basic understanding of HR and admin tasks. --- Skills Required Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Attention to detail in accounts and documentation. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. --- Work Environment Role involves handling multiple responsibilities (HR, admin, and accounts).
