Job Title: Accountant cum Cashier

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash recordsPrepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment statementsMaintain books of accounts (Ledger, Cash Book, Journal Entries, etc.)Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
Update accounting software with daily financial data
Assist with month-end and year-end closingMaintain petty cash and ensure proper documentationPrepare reports for management as requiredSupport audit activities by providing necessary documents
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Qualifications & Skills
B.COM in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting or cashier roles
Knowledge of Tally/ERP/QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareStrongattention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handleconfidential information responsiblyStrong numerical and analytical skills
