Job Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage our financial records, day-to-day admin operations, and assist in ensuring smooth business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, GST filings, invoice management, basic HR documentation, and office coordination and vendor management. Key Responsibilities:Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Tally/Zoho/Busy software knowledge preferred) Prepare and manage invoices, bills, purchase orders, and vendor payments Handle GST returns, TDS, and monthly reconciliations Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.) for management Ecommerce accounting experience is a plus Admin & Office Support: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracker Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and logistics support Manage filing system – digital and physical Handle internal documentation, quotations, agreements, and data entry Support day-to-day needs of operations, warehouse, and customer service teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent (B.Com/M.Com) 2+ years of experience in accounting and administration Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting principles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (written and spoken) What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing D2C furniture brand Dynamic team and a collaborative environment Competitive salary and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,498.64 - ₹42,091.77 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Please share your current ctc ?
