Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in accounting and a strong command of Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications- * Graduate * Proficient in MS Office. * Proficiency in Hindi typing for document preparation and communication. Key Responsibilities - Summarize current financial situation by analyzing correctly current liabilities, preparing a profit and loss statement and indicating corrective actions that need to be taken. Must be proficient in MS-OFFICE Making financial reports that can help higher management in taking decisions. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Ensure timely bank payments. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. Comply with financial policies and regulations. Maintaining accurate financial and Bank Details records. Prepare invoices and bills with relevant Documents Proper update from invoice generation to bill booking. Keep and maintain all the books in perfect order Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise, after checking out the causes for the same Gst Filing and all types of return filling Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management.
