Accountant & Auditor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing all branch accounting operations and performing internal audits to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain branch financial records and prepare monthly/annual reports. - Prepare branch budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze variances. - Lead and supervise branch accounting staff. - Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards. - Identify control gaps, detect potential fraud, and recommend improvements. - Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (Masters/Certifications preferred). - 5+ years of accounting/audit experience, including supervisory responsibilities. - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit procedures. - Proficiency with accounting/ERP software. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
