Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Admin cum Accountant (Only Female Candidates) to join our interior design firm. Based out of our office, this role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations—both administrative and financial—while also supporting efforts to enhance client engagement and project flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

Maintain up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and project-related expenses.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and assist with GST filings or other compliance tasks.
Prepare monthly financial reports and support budgeting for ongoing and upcoming design projects.
Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations.

Office Administration

Oversee daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Maintain organized records for contracts, project documentation, and vendor agreements.
Procure office supplies and manage vendor/supplier relationships (e.g., carpenters, material vendors).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and appointments with clients and contractors.
Support the design team with documentation, follow-ups, and coordination for ongoing projects.

Client Engagement Support

Assist in managing leads and inquiries through phone, email, or social media.
Maintain a basic database of prospective clients and follow up as needed.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely sharing of proposals, designs, and quotations.
Help organize small marketing or promotional initiatives aimed at increasing project inflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
