Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with in-depth working knowledge of Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime). The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP (voucher entries, ledger creation, groupings).
Prepare and finalize journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and balance sheet.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance.
Manage accounts receivable/payable, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups.
Generate and analyze GST returns, TDS, and other statutory reports via Tally.
Assist in inventory accounting, MIS reports, and period-end closing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong command over Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI compliance is a plus.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in core accounting functions using Tally.
