Job Description

POSITION - ACCOUNTANT

EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM 4 YEARS

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Record and maintaining financial transactions. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, ensuring financial data integrity.
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Day-to-Day Financial Transactions

Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
Handle salary payouts, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.).
Oversee petty cash and ensure smooth cash flow management.
Assist with tax filing (GST, TDS, income tax) and coordinate with external consultants.

Financial Planning & Compliance

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Prepare and assist with internal and external audits.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest process improvements.
Liaises with auditors, tax consultants, and management for compliance and financial insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
