Job Description

Experience : 2 yrs +
Roles and ResponsibilitesAccounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Manage GST entries, purchase/sales invoices, and debit/credit notes.
  • Perform monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet preparation support.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
  • Assist with TDS calculation and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and monthly reports.
  • Track expenses and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for financial reporting.

Other Responsibilities

  • Vendor reconciliation & payment follow-ups.
  • Inventory accounting coordination (if applicable).
  • Support internal teams with financial data as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
