Job Description

Location:

Kolkata (Saltlake Sector-1)

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

4–5 years (preferably with exposure in a CA firm and commercial accounting)

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Skills Required

Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
Knowledge of VAT, Income Tax, and TDS return filing
Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
Prepare and file TDS, VAT, and Income Tax returns accurately and on time.
Maintain and reconcile financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Work on Tally and Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
Support management in preparing financial statements and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in both CA firm and commercial accounting setups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and a proactive work approach.
