Role Overview

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in

  Tally/Excel

• Prepare and record sales, purchase, and journal entries

• Generate and manage GST-compliant invoices

• Assist in monthly GST filings, TDS entries, and audit support

• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management

• Maintain ledgers and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, sales, and dispatch teams for billing clarity

• Prepare basic MIS reports

  and assist management in financial analysis

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in

  Tally

  and

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Understanding of

  GST, TDS, and compliance basics

• Strong numerical and analytical ability

• Good communication skills in English/Telugu/Hindi

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Zoho Books or other accounting software
• Knowledge of manufacturing/packaging industry accounting
• Exposure to audits and statutory compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate in

  B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com

  or equivalent
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong basics may apply)
