Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary responsible for the volume and value growth of assigned territory.
  • Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers.
  • Responsible for the collection of outstanding and overdues of the territory.
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunity through cold calling and secondary activities.
  • Ensuring the SKU range availability at key outlets.
  • Identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
  • Conduct secondary sales promotional activity for brand building and generate new sales.
  • Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organizations policies and interest
  • Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports and any assigned reports in a timely manner.
  • Increase brand presence and trials of relevant and strategically important brands.
  • Track and report all competitive activities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure the timely delivering of our solutions to the customer.

Job Purpose

Revenue and Volume generation of product and service for the assigned territory.


Key Accountabilities
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

Experience
  • Experience: 5 + years of sales experience
  • Preferred Industry: Cements/Paints/Tiles and Sanitary ware /Electrical/ Building Materials.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Required Skills: Good communication- (proficient in

    English

    and respective regional language

    )
  • Resilience and Strong Negotiation skill.

Education
Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with similar industrial experience.
