Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive – RCM

Department: Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of claims follow-up and resolution with US insurance companies. The role involves identifying and resolving outstanding or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform denial analysis and follow-up with insurance companies via calls or emails.

Review and resolve unpaid or underpaid claims to ensure timely collection.

Understand EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and take necessary action for reprocessing or appeal.

Maintain accurate documentation of actions taken on each account.

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Work on AR aging reports to reduce outstanding balances.

Coordinate with the billing and coding teams for claim corrections.

Adhere to HIPAA and company compliance guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR / RCM process.

Strong knowledge of insurance follow-up, denials, and claims resolution.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Knowledge of medical billing systems (e.g., Athena, Kareo, eClinicalWorks, etc.) preferred.
