Account Payable- AP AR

Position Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the TAT (Turnaround time) of AP and AR functional responsibilities are complied.

2. Maintain a daily log for data processed, pending and open queries.

3. Assist in creation of vendor and customer master compliances.

4. Monitor and track Advances and Aging of Payables on a periodic basis.

5. Prepare and submit timely reports related to accounts receivable / accounts payable activities, including aging analysis.

6. Overview the vendor and customer reconciliation process and resolve any discrepancies.

7. Conduct monthly reviews of indirect expenses and prepaid expenses to ensure accuracy and budget compliance.

8. Work closely with finance manager and MIS team for monthly reporting deliverables.

9. Aid other accounting staff in the annual external audit review process.

10. Perform all deliverables as per established DOAs, Contracts and relevant guidelines / SOPs.

Position Requirements:

1. MBA or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum experience of 5 years in accounts payable / accounts receivables or financial management roles, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Have experience in handling team of at least 6-8 people.

4. Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with cross functional teams.

5. Proficiency in English language.

6. Attention to detail, organize, analyzing information and data entry skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Previous experience in ERP systems is an asset.
