An Account Owner at Freyr Solutions acts as the single point of contact for the clients from a sales relations perspective and is responsible for growing the account, through inbound leads and outbound initiatives, by offering suitable services of Freyr, thus adding to the companys revenue.

You have a flair for presenting new ideas using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc., to translate new innovative ideas into visual concepts. Responsibilities:
1.External Point of Contact being the dedicated sales point of contact for all requirements related to your account.
2.Internal Point of Contact relaying client current and potential requirements to internal stakeholders for proposal and solution development
3.Account Expansion employing marketing and client outreach initiatives to gather more business through current and potential client PoCs.
4.Relationship Building maintaining a consistent relationship with current client PoCs to ensure upcoming and future business deals.
5.Proposal and Solutioning review reviewing and finalizing proposals to ensure they are aligned with the clients requirements.
6.Pricing Overview evaluating pricing outputs for each proposal and taking a final call on the margin, mark-up, and price while baselining the clients budget.
7.Negotiations negotiating with clients to achieve the optimal solution and pricing.
8.Planning taking the lead and setting up a plan of action to engage with current and future client PoCs.
9.Execution executing the set plan of action by utilizing internal resources and tools for increasing client engagement.
10.Pipeline Build building a pipeline of current and potential requirements through information received from client PoCs as well as available online company information.
11.Client Engagement consistent engagement with client PoCs through relationship-building techniques.
12.Booking/Conversation converting pipeline requirements to signed contracts, thus achieving yearly account booking targets.
13.Internal Procedure Completion adhering to Freyr SoPs and work instructions and fulfilling internal tracking procedures.
14.Governance being a part of the Freyr governance matrix for ongoing projects of assigned accounts and mitigating/resolving any project escalations that move past the project management level.
15.KPI Adherence adhering to and achieving key performance indicators as set within the EUA sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Bachelors in Science (Pharmacy or Biotechnology) or Bachelors in Arts (Psychology). MBA or Masters (Marketing or Sales) is highly preferred.
2.5 8 years of experience in a client-facing role. Must have prior experience in client engagement, consultative sales, business development, and account management. An additional work experience of 2 years is required if the candidate does not possess a post-graduate degree.
3.At least 3 5 years of experience within the life sciences or pharmaceutical domain. Regulatory affairs knowledge or background is a bonus.
4.Proven track record in sales and achieving quarterly and yearly targets.
5.Go-getter and self-motivated. Must be able to perform without constant managerial intervention.
6.Prior experience in cross-functional team management. Internal and external stakeholder management is a must.
7.Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally based on business requirements.
8.Must be available to work as per the CEST/CET (European) time zone. Certain work timing flexibilities are available.
Department Overview
The European account growth team is responsible for engaging with current or active accounts and is responsible for the growth and success of their respective account. Each member acts as a single point of contact concerning sales engagements. This team reports to the European Pharmaceutical Sales Lead and the Regional Head. The team caters exclusively to clients whose headquarters are in Europe. All team members work remotely and travel to client locations regularly for business development and networking.
