Job Description

Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business reviews with clients. Business Growth & Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling additional products/services. Develop and implement strategic account plans that align company solutions with client objectives. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual satisfaction. Monitor account performance, track key metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts), and provide reports on account status. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Problem Solving & Solutions Development: Act as a client advocate, translating client feedback and insights into actionable strategies for internal teams. Identify and develop client-centric solutions that address unique challenges and provide value. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and deliver reports on account status, performance, and forecasts. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to better serve clients. A strong track record of bringing in new business and nurturing long-term client relationships Over 10 years of experience onboarding clients across industries Over 6 years of team handling experience, managing cross-functional teams across Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and remote setups Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and client-facing skills A mindset that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
