Account Manger

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Account Manager to oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions through insightful financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage financial matters both internally and externally with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present monthly management reports, financial statements, and other financial data for senior management.

* Handle and resolve accounting and operational issues effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and reporting the same.

* Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting, internal and statutory audits, taxation (including GST), and regulatory compliance.

* Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries using accounting software.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors to ensure compliance and timely filings.

* Maintain a strong understanding of GST, income tax, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements:

* Education: BCOM-MBA in Finance (Mandatory), Preferable - Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and financial management.

* Software Proficiency: Skilled in accounting systems , Capable of handling any Software

Knowledge:

* Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

* Familiarity with financial reporting standards and audit processes.
