Job Title: Customer Success Executive / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after the sale.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the SaaS platform.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, and drive renewals.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the customer lifecycle.
• Experience with Customer Success platforms or CRMs (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Timing: 10AM - 7PM Or 11AM to 8PM

Budget: 4 - 4.5 LPA
