Account Manager

You will be working for a reputed and fast-growing automobile dealership located in Hinjewadi, PCMC, known for providing exceptional customer service and reliable automotive solutions. The company is looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to take charge of the finance and accounts team as part of their growing operations. As the Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing cash flow, banking transactions, and financial reporting. You will be tasked with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions, handle inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, oversee a team of accountants and support staff, review and enhance internal financial controls and processes, and provide regular financial health and operational cost reports to the dealership owner and management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting position, preferably in the automobile or retail sector. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software is essential, along with a strong understanding of taxation, banking, and statutory compliance.
