Account Manager Brand Management - Bangalore - Tempest Advertising We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns, and acting as the bridge between clients and our creative and strategy teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for advertising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. Job responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing strategic solutions. Regularly update clients on project progress and campaign performance. Project Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and production, to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns. Brief internal teams on client requirements and expectations. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate approvals and feedback loops between clients and internal teams. Strategic Planning Execution: Collaborate with the strategy team to develop innovative advertising solutions tailored to client needs. Assist in market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for client campaigns. Contribute to the creation of campaign presentations, pitches, and reports. Financial Administrative Responsibilities: Ensure all projects are delivered within the agreed budget. Assist in preparing cost estimates, invoices, and tracking payments. Maintain accurate records of client communications, project timelines, and deliverables. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in an advertising or marketing agency. Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
