Account Manager Software Sales

Role Overview: As an Account Manager in Software Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts. You will achieve this by identifying and closing expansion opportunities such as cross-selling, up-selling, upgrades, renewals, and license/user growth. This role will require you to primarily work from customer locations, taking ownership of account wallet expansion and contract continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Generate pipeline by conducting deep account mining and internal opportunity discovery. - Expand revenue through multi-product sales, plan upgrades, and scaling license/user base. - Conduct solution demos, commercials, proposals, negotiations, and closures. - Build, map, and influence stakeholders across different functions such as IT, Product, Finance, Procurement, HR, Security, and Business units. - Drive product adoption intelligence by providing insights on usage, identifying adoption gaps, and recognizing scale triggers. - Collaborate with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure feasible, outcome-led account commitments. - Take charge of renewals, contract extensions, and increasing wallet share. - Maintain daily pipeline and forecast updates in Zoho CRM. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the software industry. - Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho CRM. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,
