Account Manager - Sales

The responsibility of the role holder is to ensure sales and service in your assigned territory to deliver Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud etc.), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband and Fixed Line Business. You will be the front-end of the relationship with customers from Airtel's side, becoming the single point of contact for customers for all three lines of business. Your main focus will be to ensure Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in both existing and new accounts. Key Deliverables: - Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installation as per assigned targets - Break into new accounts (hunting) for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services - Cross-sell multi-product lines to existing and new customers - Build and maintain a healthy funnel for all three Lines of Business with earmarked levels of maturity - Stay informed about competition plans and collect insights for market intelligence - Monitor competition's customer offerings and plan sales interventions for different classes of clients Role Details: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue - Develop new business through upselling and cross-selling with existing clients - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions as per client needs - Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales experience; for females, 6 months of experience is acceptable - Any Graduate - Good communication skills - Age up to 32 years - Female candidates are preferred - Should be comfortable with fieldwork,
