About the Role:

Account Manager (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submission of profiles.
  • Track interview schedules, feedback, and closures.
  • Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
  • Support business development and client engagement activities as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 02 years of experience in recruitment, client coordination, or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of IT/Non-IT recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
