About the Role:

Account Manager (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submission of profiles.
Track interview schedules, feedback, and closures.
Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
Support business development and client engagement activities as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
02 years of experience in recruitment, client coordination, or HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT/Non-IT recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
