Job Description

Manage all financial transactions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing, and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies, including timely TDS deductions, filings, and payments.
Set up, implement, and monitor accounting systems, internal controls, and process improvements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, coordinate audits, and provide general administrative support.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date.
Perform daily data entry and maintain financial records using Zoho Books.
Handle invoice filing, documentation, and maintain organized records for audit readiness.
Follow up with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Assist in the preparation of daily accounting reports and financial summaries for management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data.
Ensure proper TDS calculation, deduction, and timely deposit as per applicable laws, and maintain related documentation for compliance and audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
