Account Manager- Microsoft Advertising SEA

As an Account Manager at InMobi, you will be playing a crucial role in managing the partnership between InMobi and Microsoft Advertising. Your main responsibilities will include: - Building strong customer relationships and ensuring account health by flawlessly executing campaigns, coordinating with internal resources, and adhering to billing and compliance requirements. - Pursuing optimizations to deliver on revenue targets by driving campaign-level budget upsells, leveraging internal tools for tactics, and providing feedback for improvements. - Educating clients on the Bing Ads platform and features to help them achieve their business goals, reducing customer reliance on Account Managers for routine tasks. - Collaborating with the account team to resolve customer escalations and blockers, providing feedback on products and processes, and ensuring operational excellence in customer transitions. - Continuously learning and growing in the Bing Ads and Search Industry expertise, taking personal accountability for career development, and applying learnings to further role progression. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and service - Strong knowledge of Internet advertising metrics and models such as CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, and direct response. - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals, understand customer needs, and deliver customized solutions. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate through complexities, and passion for technology as a growth enabler. - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, along with Bing Ads Certification (preferred). - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. - Critical thinking, organizational skills, ability to make decisions based on priorities, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
