Account Manager- Microsoft Advertising

You will be joining InMobi, the leading provider of content, monetization, and marketing technologies that drive growth for industries globally. InMobi's advertising platform helps businesses understand, engage, and acquire consumers effectively through data-driven media solutions. Glance, a consumer technology company under InMobi, offers smart lockscreen and TV experiences to consumers worldwide without the need for searching and downloading apps. As an Account Manager at InMobi, your primary responsibility will be to manage an assigned set of clients focused on attaining revenue targets, feature adoption, and client-driven goals. You will coordinate with a team of Account Strategists and the Account Management Head to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong, trusted-advisor relationships with day-to-day practitioner contacts at advertiser/agency/tool provider. **Role requirements & expectations:** - Create a collaborative work environment that values diversity and respect - Own the day-to-day management of newly onboarded & existing customers - Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities to align with client ROI goals - Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform and existing features to help them reach their business goals - Ensure timely and proactive customer escalations and resolution of revenue blockers - Continually strengthen your expertise in Bing Ads and the Search Industry - Take personal accountability for your career development and growth **What is expected of you:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and Service - Strong knowledge of Internet advertising and search marketing - Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals - Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferable - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to travel **Preferred:** - Bing Ads Certification - Experience using Excel for data analysis ,
