Job Description: Mainline Account Manager
Position: Mainline - Account Manager, Client ServicingExperience Required: 3–4 YearsLocation: GurgaonReporting To: Account Manager/DirectorRole OverviewAs a Mainline Account Manager at our integrated agency, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, executing mainline advertising campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction while driving the effective execution of creative and strategic initiatives across multiple brands and projects.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their marketing objectives and requirements
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Develop and present campaign proposals, creative ideas, and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with creative, media, and production teams to ensure campaign alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and recommend optimisations to maximise effectiveness.
- Prepare client reports, manage budgets, and oversee invoicing and administrative tasks related to campaign management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication channels relevant to mainline advertising.
- Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth by identifying upselling opportunities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in mainline advertising or client servicing within an integrated or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of mainline and integrated marketing communications, including ATL campaigns, print, TV, radio, and digital touchpoints.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Up-to-date with industry developments, social media trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Collaborative, energetic, and client-focused attitude.
