Work Description:

Client Management-

• Effectiveness in meeting client briefs for everyday jobs, meeting deadlines and managing escalations.
• Maintaining proper communication channels with client and internal team.
• Maintaining deck for everyday collaterals and keeping a tab on changes.
• Managing client's social media pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts and reporting metrics).

Brand Building-

• Maintain brand quality and tonality in daily briefs, wrt to brand tone, brand guidelines and design.
• Maintaining output quality (Rounds of changes/proofreading/knowledge of brand guidelines).
• Learning trends and keeping brands relevant.

Brand Growth-

• Proactive comp. analysis and suggestions and presenting these to the client.
• Compilation of award winning brand campaigns.
• Suggestions for brand growth to supervisors and seniors.

Skills:

• Presentation skills for daily jobs (proofreading/formatting/email hygiene/ data management/Pitching Ideas)

Qualification:

• 2 to 3 years of work experience
• Experience working in an agency
