Job Summary:

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs, ongoing projects, and future requirements.
• Perform account mining to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
• Drive regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details as needed.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare account plans, reports, and forecasts.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA graduate (mandatory).
• 12 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of IT services preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
