About Us:
Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a premium hospitality company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including ledger management, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in accounts management, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
