Job Description

As an experienced Finance and Accounting professional located in Fort, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various financial aspects of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining detailed accounting records. - Staying updated with tax laws, assessing tax risks, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities. - Managing tax audits, disputes, and correspondence with tax authorities, while assisting in documentation preparation. - Developing and implementing internal controls for financial accuracy, reviewing processes for improvement, and leading the accounting team effectively. - Providing financial analysis to management, supporting decision-making with tax-effective solutions, and aligning tax planning with financial goals. - Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and considering tax implications in financial planning. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: Bcom/ Mcom/ MBA in Finance/ Inter CA - 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in outsourcing or CA firms. - Proven experience in managing large teams, complex projects, and client relationships. - Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards, proficiency in accounting software, excellent leadership, and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.,
