Job Description

As a Customer Relations Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for owning customer relations throughout the entire life cycle of the client. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing customer training sessions, refreshers, and account setup/go-live to ensure smooth onboarding process. - Monitoring customer usage and performance to identify opportunities for improvement. - Proactively reaching out to customers to demonstrate support from a business perspective and assisting them in maximizing ROI from our Hotelogix services. - Escalating any customer concerns regarding their well-being to the Head of Global Support for timely resolution. - Maintaining internally agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) figures to meet customer expectations. - Adhering to and contributing to the development of support processes, procedures, and standards to enhance customer experience. - Managing the customer training and go-live process effectively. - Taking ownership of customer relationships as soon as a contract is signed to ensure customer satisfaction.
