Job Description

As the Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of our clients. This includes managing customer training sessions, refreshers, and account setup/go-live procedures. You will be tasked with monitoring customer usage and performance to ensure they are maximizing their ROI from Hotelogix services. A key aspect of your role will be proactively reaching out to customers to offer support and assistance from a business perspective. It will be your responsibility to escalate any customer concerns regarding their well-being to the Head of Global Support. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain internally agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) figures. In this role, you will need to adhere to existing support processes, procedures, and standards while also contributing to their continuous improvement and development. Managing the customer training and go-live process will also fall under your purview. From the moment a contract is signed with a customer, you will take ownership of the customer relationship and ensure that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.,
