Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at the Engineering College in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Account Manager will be responsible for :

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, books of accounts, and financial records.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in cash and bank transactions.
• Manage general ledger entries and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements — Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure timely vendor payments, receivables management, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and verify all accounting vouchers, bills, receipts, and expense statements.
• Manage TDS, GST returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and internal financial reviews.
• Handle payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing for all financial transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounts, Commerce or relevant stream is must. Masters degree is preferred with min 3 years of exp in Accounts department

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account department
• Ability to deal with vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP and TALLY
