Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Gwalior. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, conducting regular meetings with clients, and maintaining accurate records of all account transactions. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to meet client needs, troubleshooting client issues, and coordinating with the internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Client Management and Relationship Building skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Organizational and Time Management skills
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Knowledge of Accounting principles and Financial Reporting
Experience in the education industry is a plus
