Account Manager

Role & Responsibilities Accounts Manager

1. Financial Management:

• Maintain and monitor company accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
  

2. Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle

  GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax

  filings and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  

3. Payroll & MIS Reporting:

• Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee payments.
  
• Prepare and submit

  MIS reports

  , cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management review.

4. Banking & Finance Activities:

• Manage daily bank transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for loan or credit facilities.
  
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  

5. Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
  

6. Coordination & Leadership:

• Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  
• Lead and guide junior accountants and finance staff.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) or equivalent.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong knowledge of

  GST, TDS, Payroll, MIS, and Banking activities.

• Software Skills:

  Proficiency in

  Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
