Accounts Manager – Finance Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and team leadership, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations as required.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and variance analysis.
• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and statutory bodies.
• Support ERP/accounting system maintenance and upgrades.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
