Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing social media activities, and coordinating internal team efforts to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
• Manage client expectations and deliverables, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant postings.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on social media performance and insights.
• Strategic Communication Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Copywriting and Management:
• Write and manage copy for hygiene posts and other content as needed.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and optimized for each platform.
• Internal Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate with creative, tech, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Facilitate internal meetings and communication to align all teams on project goals and timelines.
• Pitch Involvement:
• Participate in pitch meetings and contribute to the development of compelling proposals.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations during the pitch process.

Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing in an advertising agency.
• Proven experience in social media management and strategic communication planning.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
