About the Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and proactively propose solutions that align with their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver account plans, business reviews, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Technical, Finance) to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and growth targets.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and ensure timely billing and collections.


  • Maintain accurate account records, updates, and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales, preferably in the IT services, telecom, software solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or government sectors.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
