Job Description

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager who will join the client servicing team. You should have hands-on experience in managing clients in an advertising agency environment, with a strong understanding of marketing communication, brand strategy, and campaign execution across digital and traditional media. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic input. - Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges to develop effective campaign briefs. - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, approvals, and final deliveries. - Present campaign ideas, reports, and performance analysis to clients. - Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients. - Ensure all work aligns with client goals, agency standards, and brand guidelines. This job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work at the specified location.,
