The Media Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, link media to business and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for managing all media channels, optimizing media budgets, keep in mind the mandatories of alcobev advertising and collaborating with creative & media agency to deliver impactful campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to drive ROI Key Responsibilities: 1. Media Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement effective media strategies and plans to meet brand objectives and KPIs, keeping in mind the alcobev restrictions. Identify target audiences and select appropriate media channels (TV, radio, print, digital, social media, OOH, OTT platforms, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement. Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams along with the agency to align media strategies with product launches, events, and promotions. Link all strategies to ROI & track all campaigns to achieve the aligned KPIs 2. Campaign & Budget Management: Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI. Monitor media spend and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance and cost-efficiency. Provide regular reports on media performance, spend analysis, and campaign results. 3. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring all media assets are delivered on time and in line with creative requirements. Continuously monitor live campaigns and optimize media buys in real time to ensure maximum effectiveness. Work closely with external media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless media executions. 5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and industry shifts in the alcobev space. Analyse consumer behaviour, media consumption patterns, and emerging media trends to inform media strategy. Provide insights and recommendations based on consumer trends, media consumption, and competitive landscape. 6. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed media reports, presenting insights on reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI. Collaborate with data analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns and ensure continuous improvement. Analyse campaign results and present actionable insights to key stakeholders. 7. Compliance & Brand Guidelines: Ensure all media plans and executions are compliant with relevant alcohol advertising regulations and guidelines. Maintain brand consistency across all media channels while upholding the companys standards and values. 8. Global Guidance Liaising with the global teams to ensure the strategies are in line with global guidelines. Toolkits for India specific plans keeping global guidelines as a base & aligning the global team on the realities in the markets. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 4-6+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, preferably in the FMCG, Alcoholic Beverage, or related industries. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms (TV, radio, print, social media, search, etc.). Proven ability to manage media budgets and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI. Hands-on experience with media buying tools, digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies. In-depth understanding of the alcohol beverage industry and its regulatory environment is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
