Account Manager-Advertising Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client servicing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing clients in an advertising agency environment, with a strong understanding of marketing communication, brand strategy, and campaign execution across digital and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic input.
• Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges to develop effective campaign briefs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously—overseeing timelines, budgets, approvals, and final deliveries.
• Present campaign ideas, reports, and performance analysis to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients.
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, agency standards, and brand guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
