Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll build strong relationships, understand their needs, ensure their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth, contributing directly to our clients' and our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Understand client needs and ensure our solutions meet their business objectives.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and resolve issues.

Monitor account performance and contribute to client retention and growth.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of account management or client-facing experience.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.

Proficiency in CRM software.
